We promote physical wellbeing for our clients through exercise and have a number of fitness professionals to accomodate this goal.
Tai Chi is light exercise which can imporove balance, strengthen the legs and reduce falls.
Qi Gong is similar to Yoga (but easier). There is no work down on the floor and some exercises can be done seated. It involves movement, breathing and stretching. It is a great entry point for anyone who wants to start light exercise.
