1pack of Salmon
1 teaspoons of curry powder
1 teaspoons of garam masala
1 teaspoon of achari ghost
1.5 cloves of garlic
Enough juice from plum tomatoes tin to moisten marinade
Leave for 10mins min
Heat olive oil in a pan very hot
Add salmon only to pan separating every piece, skin down.
Turn over when one side is cooked.
Once water has gone and salmon is cooked, pour tomatoes over and return heat down.
Shake the pan to make sure salmon is not sticking.
Cover and turn very low to thicken sauce.
Season with salt and a squeeze of lemon to your taste.
