Free Wellbeing Sessions

The End Goal: 

"To feel more in control, optimistic and confident managing stress levels, greater capacity for productivity and wellbeing."   


These weekly sessions intended to be watch in sequence from 1 - 6 over a 6week period.  At the end of each session you will get some homework to reflect on.  This is an important part of the learning process as each week will build on the previous week.


When you've completed watching each video go to www.mind-angels.com/eval to complete a short evaluation/feedback or go straight to the next session.  We need your valuable comments and/or feedback to share the sessions for others.

Once you submit your feedback, we'll email you a password.
