"Energy and Mindfulness"

Session #3 - Energy and Mindfulness

In this session we will briefly cover an understanding about our energy and understand how we use it.  I will also be talking about mindfulness and share an easy method to use mindfulness.
"Hi Andrew just to say I got a lot from the session the other day and practiced mindfulness and it helped alot....I have been suffering from extreme anxiety and have now high blood pressure I am not well at present so I may not be able to do the sessions properly every week...But I intend to try my best ."

"Just wanted to thank you for the Well-being sessions.
I have enjoyed them all and found them easy to follow and am already finding the guidance helpful. It will be good to refer back to them from time to time."

- C.K.

"This Teacher Andrew is so brilliant. He delivers his thoughts fluently. He explains with so much 'savoir-faire'. One could not ask for better. And he wears smiles and always appear warm and friendly. He uses examples that really explains what he wants to teach. All these make the lessons so much more interesting. Thank you so much!"

Video Homework from Wellbeing Session #3

(ABOVE) Video Homework: "Mindfulness"

This first video is a music dance video. It is an example of mindfulness - for your eyes.

You may not like the music but give the dancer a chance to express how the music makes him feel and in the evaluation below please comment.

(BELOW) Video Homework: "Energy"

The second video below is a gospel choir and is about energy. I would like you to observe what your energy level is before the video, perhaps give your energy a score from 1-10. After watching the video I would like you to observe how you feel and if your energy score has changed and submit your comment in the evaluation.

Again, you may not like the music but I hope you do enjoy the video.

Note: These video's are examples for homework only. No personal opinions are being expressed. They are to facilitate learning for the course.
