“I just want to say that these sessions are so beneficial and have helped me greatly both physically and mentally. It's such a worthwhile charity, as it enables me financially too to keep fit and well..”

“I am very happy with the Mind Angels class because of the following reasons:
1) The instructors are very polite and helpful
2) they conduct lessons with a lot of care and attention
3) they are always smiling
4) they do it slowly so that everyone can participate
5) they explain the technique at every step.”

“It gives me incentive to do exercises on a regular basis instead of sitting in front of the TV! I especially enjoyed doing the exercises in the park with lovely sceneries and fresh air and pleasant company. It has made a difference in me physically and mentally, highly recommend these classes.”

“The open area Headstone Manor Park sessions are very good and I have found them very appropriate for our age. Both the first half of general movement, and the second half of Qi Gong are invigorating. I look forward to them, weather permitting. I sincerely hope that they will be able to continue during winter months, of course, in a suitable indoor premises..”

I just wanted to let you know how much I have benefited from the Mind Angel's Exercise in the park at Headstone Manor Park.

The sessions are well organised. I look forward to attending each week.

The exercises have a positive impact on my physical and mental well being.

It's great to meet socially with like-minded people.

I have been attending for the last three months and it has become a regular event for me.

Many thanks

E. C.

“Thank you very much for organising the mobility and Qigong classes every Tuesday morning at Headstone Manor Park.

I have found these classes extremely useful and has greatly helped me improve my posture and mobility. I feel I have improved mentally too.  I look forward to attending these classes every week which motivates me to come out of the house and enjoy these sessions outdoors in the fresh air. I also get the opportunity to socialise with other participants and feel safe outdoors due to covid. Thank you for ensuring social distancing is adhered to.

I hope you will keep these classes going somewhere indoors once the weather gets colder.

Thank you once again ”

“Thank you so much for the fitness sessions that you teach on Tuesday mornings every week in the open at Headstone Manor Recreation Ground. Since I have been attending your classes. I have greatly improved physically and socially and for this I very much thank you. Please keep these classes going as seeing the happy faces of people take part shows the benefits they are getting. Thank you once again Andrew.

“I am writing to make sure the funding for Tuesday Classes at Headstone Manor Park continues. I am writing on behalf of 35 & 40 regular old and young person who enjoys this excersies classes in open air. It is well being of the everyone keeping fit saving Money to NHS & General practnor. Council waste money on so many unnecessary things and can't spare little money towards wellbeing of people who like comeing for the classes. I am 100% behind to get monies for this cause.”

“Having had both knees 'replaced' I was finding it difficult to start an exercising regime again.
The classes I attend have helped me enormously, to regain confidence, to improve mobility, to meet new friends and most importantly, it’s fun!
Please keep up the good work!.”

“Thank you for organising the events ever week. I have benefited in many ways. Now for the past four months I have been doing the exercises at home at least 5 times a week and attending the Tuesdays sessions.

We not only exercises we have interactions with each other and build new friendship. There are some (it seems) don't have much communications or interactions with other people. This classes help them in some ways.

Keep up the good work.

God Bless.”

“I look forward to the Tuesday mobility exercises and qi gong sessions. It gets me out to do the exercises with the group and in the fresh air. This is something that I may not do at home alone.

I really feel relaxed and mobile after these exercises, I wish it was twice a week. I have arthritis in my knees and shoulder. These sessions have improved the flexibility in my joints.

I hope these sessions will continue so that it helps senior citizens with mobility that is diminishing over time and improve our mental health as well.

Thanks for your kind attention.”
