Roxy's Wellbeing Adventures Mobile App

A gentle wellbeing adventure for children aged 7–11

Help your child grow in body, mind and spirit

Roxy's Wellbeing Adventures is a calm app you and your child explore together — building confidence, easing worries, and nurturing a quiet belief in themselves and in something bigger.

It starts with Belief

Every child grows stronger when they believe — in their own worth, in kindness, and in the quiet sense that their life has meaning. Belief is where calm and courage begin.

Roxy helps children build that inner belief first: that they are capable, that their feelings matter, and that they belong to something larger than any hard moment.

Three gentle strands, one whole child.

Body. Simple movement, breathing and rest — helping restless, anxious energy settle.

Mind. Naming big feelings, building resilience and focus — the calm skills school rarely has time to teach.

Spirit. Wonder, gratitude and meaning — the sense of awe that helps a child feel grounded, hopeful and kind.

Screen time that brings you closer

Roxy isn't a screen to disappear into. Every adventure is made to be explored with a trusted grown-up — a parent, grandparent, carer, teacher or counsellor — because children thrive when someone they love shares the journey, just as experts recommend for children's screen time.

Ten calm minutes together can change a whole day.

Optional · without prejudice · for every family

For families who wish, a gentle door to faith

For many families, belief naturally reaches toward something more — a sense of the sacred, of wonder at how the world holds together, of faith.

Roxy offers this as an optional capstone: a warm invitation to a child's natural curiosity about life's bigger questions. It honours no single religion above another, and is offered entirely without prejudice — an open door for those who wish to walk through it, and easily set aside for those who don't.

For families who welcome it, Roxy nurtures the kind of wonder and faith that can help a child grow into their fullest, strongest and kindest self — a quiet force for good in the world.

Made from lived experience

Roxy's Wellbeing Adventures grew from one person's real journey of recovery — the tools that helped rebuild a life, gently reshaped for children.

Mind Angels is a UK charity (registered no. 1176005), and every subscription also funds free wellbeing and mobility sessions for older people in the community. When your child grows, so does someone else's grandparent.

The Daily Tracker

Monitor and Review The Child's Progress

As the child interacts with Roxy's App they are invited to complete a daily tracker.  We can track:

  • Water Consumption
  • Quantity of Sleep
  • Mood

The App teaches wellbeing skills and tracks the child's completed "Daily Wellbeing Habits":

  • Meditation
  • Affirmations
  • Mindfulness
  • Exercise
  • Daily Nutrition
  • Document their worries

The data is stored and can be reviewed in the "Parent Dashboard" giving better visibility of the child's activity and learning, even down to the time spent learning on the Roxy's Wellbeing Adventures.

The report can be printed or shared using the devices's sharing options.

Dashboard Report (Print or Share )

The dashboard report can be run for individual or multiple profiles (Called "Family Wellbeing Report") and can be easily printed or shared from the device.  Useful for parents sharing with family members, counsellors/SENCO's or other mental health professionals to review multiple children's activities.

The report shows an overview of the "Stories Completed", "Skills Practiced", "Words Discovered", "Exercise Notes", "Reading Time" and "Weekly Activities" completed.

The report also includes a breakdown of the "Weekly Healthy Habits" tracking the last 30days of "Water Consumption", "Sleep", and "Wellbeing Activities" above (Meditation, Mindfulness, Affirmations, Exercise, Healthy Food and any documented worries).
